On the 11th July the Class of 2016 graduated from the London College of Garden Designers. All of us were feeling more than a little exhausted with our brains stuffed full to capacity with batters and swales, Digitalis and Epimedium, whilst our computers were groaning under the weight of Vectorworks, Sketchup and Photoshop. It was amazing to finally graduate but all of us had to admit to being just a little nervous as to what the future would hold.
At the graduation ceremony I was very pleased to be presented with the Top Student of the Year award. Having never won anything before in my life, aside from a tea set in a school tombola when I was ten, I was disproportionately chuffed.
Now let the real work begin…
