Set out below is a brief outline of how the process of engaging our services often works. Of course every garden is different and every client an individual so the process can be adapted to reflect this.

1

Consultation & Brief

Listen, Look, Interpret
An initial visit to observe the garden and meet the client. An opportunity to understand the client’s inspirations and aspirations. A written Brief is then produced so that we are sure we have understood the client’s requirements.

2

Site Survey & Analysis

Prepare, Investigate, Scrutinise
The Design Concept for your garden is presented as a bound A3 document. It can include presentation plans, sketches, mood boards, indicative material choices and 3D visualisations.

Design Concept

Research, Interprete, Create
Once the Brief is accepted a detailed topographical survey of the site is then commissioned and a photographic survey plus an indepth analysis of existing features is completed.

Tender

Instruct, Dig, Build
The Tender Package will be sent to up to three contractors or can be passed to your own builders. Once the preferred contractor is identified a contract is drawn up between the client and the contractor.

Project Inspection

Watch, Reassure, Adapt
To maintain the smooth running of the scheme, a project inspection service is often required. It can be as little as three or four site visits throughout the build, or weekly meetings on complex builds.
